It’s a tough task to have family-centered mindfulness in the midst of the chaos in a world where most of our moments have been seized by a mindless environment. A framework is needed to accomplish purposeful family connections that deepen our appreciation of this most important element in our lives. Saga is such a format. My family has eagerly participated and benefited from this unique modality to collect, share, and preserve precious family thoughts and memories. Highly recommended!
I’ve always cherished my parents stories and wanted to capture them. But I never got around to it. It’s tough to find the time and we live in different states. Enter Saga! My parents have loved telling stories and answering questions and I love hearing their memories in their own voice. The app is incredibly easy to use. And I love that there are question prompts to get started or you can also enter your own custom questions. Love this app!
