Flex splits your rent in two, reducing “first of the month'' worry while allowing you to pay rent on time, improve cash flow, and build your credit history. With Flex, you have the power over the way you pay bills.
Each month, you pay half of your total rent and finance the other half with a Flex Line of Credit, with the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your paycheck.

Is it good?
Flexible Finance, Inc. has put efforts and engineered a sophisticated app. What makes it successful? It is very easy to use for such a solid finance app with built-in features. Well, as a top-performing app with an overall rating of 4.63 I can only add what people who have tried it are saying.
This makes the app/company makes large rent feel a lot less overwhelming. It also reduces the obstacle that some banks place on accounts that limit your spending. When your rent amount exceeds your daily spending it can be a real burden or stressed for some I’m sure. I was in that position before when you could pay by check or money order and that wasn’t fun. Now with most properties going to online payment only I can’t imagine being in that position to not split up your payments. I’m lucky enough to not financially be in that position, but I haven’t forgotten that worry or stress full feeling of how am I going to buy groceries and pay rent. I love using Flex just because I can. I’m able to spread my bills out and never have an excessive lump sum leave my bank. For a person that struggled for so long to pay bills for so long Flex makes the rent payment a lot less scary and traumatizing. Once you’ve been in that position you never loose that fear of loosing it all again. On another note their customer service is quick and very kind. I did have an issue in December with my payment portal on the property end. Though the deadline was missed due to my property leasing office being closed Flex tried and communicated their best to help with the situation. After pausing my account through December they reactivated it for January. They definitely make paying rent no big deal.
Flex is the best! I had doubts that it would work at first, but was in a bit of a bind so I figured it couldn’t hurt to try. I linked my rent portal, my card, and honestly forgot all about it until I logged into my rent portal and saw my balance: $0. Flex had seamlessly taken care of the rent and withdrew my balance from my card on the agreed upon date, giving me SO much necessary breathing room. When the next month rolled around, I was having trouble meeting my agreed upon payment date due to an emergency expense. Flex’s extremely flexible payment date change feature once again came to the rescue. I was able to reschedule the payment to my next pay date, without worry I would not be able to use it next month. Flex is very clear and open about their terms, their fees (monthly membership [a fee smaller than streaming service subscriptions], and payment processing, no late fees or any other kind), the way their service works, and customer service is always very kind if you do need to reach them. All in all, a terrific service filling a gap that will be able to keep so many more people in their homes. Thank you, Flex!

In order to download IPA files follow these steps.
Step 1: Download the Apple Configurator 2 app to your Mac.
Note that you will need to have macOS 10.15.6 installed.
Step 2: Log in to Your Apple Account.
Now you have to connect Your iPhone to your Mac via USB cable and select the destination folder.
Step 3: Download the Flex - Rent On Your Schedule IPA File.
Now you can access the desired IPA file in the destination folder.
