Breakthrough Apps has put efforts and engineered a sophisticated daily app. What makes it successful? It is very easy to use for such a solid health app with built-in mary features. Well, as a top-performing app with an overall rating of 4.93 I can only add what people who have tried it are saying.

Hey guys! So I first came across Mary Ochsner Yoga on IG and I loved her page because of her genuine smile, how she makes yoga fun and her overall practice/techniques. Something about her resonated with me! I started doing some of her short flows from IG for a while. I recently downloaded her app (in Jan) and started doing her 30 day challenge.... and guys it is literally the best. Why did I wait so long, smh! The cues she gives are perfect to self adjust your technique and form. Her instructions are easy to follow even if you can’t look at a screen! Loveeeee it! I hope to continue using her app regularly.
I’ve spent the last couple of years watching friends and social media influencers showing off impressive yoga moves. I’ve watched them transform their lives from hectic schedules and frantic days to having control and being happy. At the beginning of 2021 I really needed help and an outlet to center myself. I found Mary on IG and started her monthly challenge. 13 days in I could wait for my yoga time. I noticed my breathing was changing and I was able to control my emotions better. I’m still working on strength and getting the moves right but I am showing up and I won’t stop.

In order to download IPA files follow these steps.

Step 1: Download the Apple Configurator 2 app to your Mac.

Note that you will need to have macOS 10.15.6 installed.

Step 2: Log in to Your Apple Account.

Now you have to connect Your iPhone to your Mac via USB cable and select the destination folder.

Step 3: Download the Yoga+ daily yoga by Mary IPA File.

Now you can access the desired IPA file in the destination folder.
