Is it good?
Giphy, Inc. has put efforts and engineered a sophisticated search app. What makes it successful? It is very easy to use for such a solid photo app with built-in engine features. Well, as a top-performing app with an overall rating of 4.76 I can only add what people who have tried it are saying.
This app’s search feature is either too specific or too generic depending on your philosophy. For example, tap on GIPHY in messenger. Type in search keywords “Lady Gaga” and half of the offerings are from Disney’s Lady and the Tramp. If you want only Lady Gaga, type in just “Gaga” as a keyword. If you want a GIPHY of Queen Elizabeth II, be ready for frustration. You will get any queens including drag, you will get any Elizabeth, you will get anything with II, as Rocky II. I tried “Keep Calm and Carry On”. I did not keep Calm nor carry on. I opened Google image search. Saved all the posters I liked, and post photographs. But people love short animation. I blame US television commercials.
I’ve used this app for many years. It has never failed me. It supports the free app market which brings me back to the roots of the mid-1995 explosion of free programs for folks who were just getting into the internet. That was the heart of the true purpose of the global community at the time. The structure of this app and ease of use makes it number one to me in the free and paid market place for similar apps. The programmers expertise in the design is outstanding and the updates are just wonderful that come out from time to time. I want to thank the app designers for this wonderful free product.
First off, I have NEVER left a review for any app but THIS one is just so much dang fun. I discovered it by accident looking for something else and I am SOOOOO glad I did. I have been messing with this thing for over an hour sending all my friends (at least they used to be - HA! HA! HA!) multiple gifs and stickers and even a little bit of the moving texts. The app is UBER easy to use and the Search engine is spot on. I have read that other people have had issues, but so far NOT me. Do yourself a favor and download this app and give it a try. You won’t be sorry!!!!!!!!
Download GIPHY: The GIF Search Engine free for iPhone and iPad
In order to download IPA files follow these steps.
Step 1: Download the Apple Configurator 2 app to your Mac.
Note that you will need to have macOS 10.15.6 installed.
Step 2: Log in to Your Apple Account.
Now you have to connect Your iPhone to your Mac via USB cable and select the destination folder.
Step 3: Download the GIPHY: The GIF Search Engine IPA File.
Now you can access the desired IPA file in the destination folder.
