Is it good?
Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij N.V. has put efforts and engineered a sophisticated track app. What makes it successful? It is very easy to use for such a solid travel app with built-in flight features. Well, as a top-performing app with an overall rating of 4.60 I can only add what people who have tried it are saying.
Fully agree with previous review(s);
Customer care, smoothness of operations and especially friendliness of flight crew and ground staff is a gigantic difference between KLM and Air France. Air France need to get their act together and learn from KLM.
Unfortunately the customer service of Transavia handled in France (during strikes at Orly airport) was a disaster too: “Sorry your flight is cancelled, we’ll refund you..goodbye” seriously??
Almost seems as if customer care for any of the brands KLM, Transavia and Air France are all operated by Air France in France. Which explains the poor response during strikes. Hurts to see KLM getting damaged like that.
It is very user friendly to find and book flight, buy and pay but I didn't found any place where they offer special assistance. Example because of mobility problems I need a wheelchair to the entrance of the airplane but cannot found where to choose it? Otherwise very good!

In order to download IPA files follow these steps.
Step 1: Download the Apple Configurator 2 app to your Mac.
Note that you will need to have macOS 10.15.6 installed.
Step 2: Log in to Your Apple Account.
Now you have to connect Your iPhone to your Mac via USB cable and select the destination folder.
Step 3: Download the KLM IPA File.
Now you can access the desired IPA file in the destination folder.
