Is it good?

nomtasticapps, LLC has put efforts and engineered a sophisticated planner app. What makes it successful? It is very easy to use for such a solid health app with built-in bolt features. Well, as a top-performing app with an overall rating of 4.79 I can only add what people who have tried it are saying.

Honestly I have never been more impressed and happy with an app. First of all it’s free for what you need it to do! You can add exercises that aren’t already there and it looks it up on you tube or google. And what’s even great is the pre set exercises in the app have a person doing the exercise for you to see! I have used this app for 3 weeks and I can’t recommend it enough!! I am now my own coach and am saving hundreds of dollars a month.
I am only using the free version, so can’t talk about the premium. Love the fact that I can pick from a long list of exercises. If I forget how to do the exercise, I can look it up and they show how to do the exercise correctly. Easy to track the last workout and try to improve on this workout. It’s also easy to modify the exercise routine to customize for your abilities. Very handy!

Note that you will need to have macOS 10.15.6 installed.

Step 2: Log in to Your Apple Account.

Now you have to connect Your iPhone to your Mac via USB cable and select the destination folder.

Step 3: Download the Workout Planner by Bolt IPA File.

Now you can access the desired IPA file in the destination folder.
