Is it good?
Fast Builder Limited has put efforts and engineered a sophisticated workouts app. What makes it successful? It is very easy to use for such a solid health app with built-in timer features. Well, as a top-performing app with an overall rating of 4.82 I can only add what people who have tried it are saying.
So I downloaded this app a while back but was procrastinating with my fitness. Finally gave it a try and did the 15 minute beginners workout to burn 100 calories and boy can I tell you you def get a workout! It’s only 15 mins but you realize how out of shape you are lol you can def build up a sweat.
It’s nice because there are rest breaks in between each set and you can also pause when needed. This is good to help build up stamina and prepare for the other workouts available through the app.
Instead of wasting money on a gym membership I’d recommend trying this first and see how you feel. It’s nice because you can do these workouts anywhere you take your phone! You just have to stop being lazy and give it a try!
This app is absolutely amazing. Oh my life I have been told that I was too fat or I wasn’t good enough. And after a while I started to believe this. So I searched up a bunch of workout apps.......... this one seemed to work the best. the workouts are amazing and they have different difficulties for beginners or advanced people. so they aren’t all hard. i recommend getting this app.
