TermSheet, LLC has put efforts and engineered a sophisticated estate app. What makes it successful? It is very easy to use for such a solid business app with built-in nationwide features. Well, as a top-performing app with an overall rating of 4.73 I can only add what people who have tried it are saying.

I just navigated through some of the maps, options, Tracts, etc. I’m very excited and impressed by the way y’all put this together for free.! I sold land for ROW with ALDOT for above the last ten years of my career and I know from working with GIS software, as well as other types of tract and parcel programs, and they’re expense. Y’all have done an amazing job putting this together, and I thoroughly understand it takes time to get certain data and everything working together to make it work as great as it does. I used this app for the first 5 minutes and found the mobile first experience to be really neat, rich data sets with tax and owner info really amazing and found most of my data from my randomly collected samples was reasonably accurate (so it’s reasonably reliable finding some minor issues to be expected data sets are large as this). Lastly, It’s a free app, if you download it, help the team behind this by reporting issues, bugs, and inaccuracies in the data set! Overall fantastic MVP (it’s clear this is a first step with bigger ambitions). Can’t wait to see what this team does in the future!
This app was life changing in my line of work! Had it working perfectly for about 4 months and then it told me that I exceeded my number of look ups and I needed to log in. (Which I hadn’t prior) Was still free so I don’t mind, tried to w Apple and kicked me out and crashed. Then I did w email. But now I can no longer type an address and find info. That’s what I basically need it for. I WILL PAY FOR THIS APP, please fix this asap.

Download Parceled free for iPhone and iPad

In order to download IPA files follow these steps.

Step 1: Download the Apple Configurator 2 app to your Mac.

Note that you will need to have macOS 10.15.6 installed.

Step 2: Log in to Your Apple Account.

Now you have to connect Your iPhone to your Mac via USB cable and select the destination folder.

Step 3: Download the Parceled IPA File.

Now you can access the desired IPA file in the destination folder.
