Wahoo SYSTM is the most comprehensive, immersive and effective training app available for time-crunched cyclists, triathletes, and other endurance athletes. Go ‘On Location’ to ride the world's most iconic routes, push yourself with a workout from ‘The Sufferfest’ collection, or get inspired with the ‘Inspiration’ series of cycling-focused documentaries paired to base and recovery sessions. You can even join your favorite Global Cycling Network presenters in the studio for a guided ‘GCN Training’ session that mimics an indoor cycling class. And if you want to stream your own content while doing a structured workout complete with on-screen instructions, fire up one of the ‘SYSTM NoVid’ sessions.

SYSTM works with most Bluetooth-enabled trainers and fitness devices so you can train to personalized power, heart rate and cadence targets.
Other training apps set power targets based on a simple percentage of your sustained power (FTP). SYSTM uses a comprehensive 4DP® fitness test to calculate your Rider Type, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and measure what you’re capable of across 4 critical performance metrics: Neuromuscular Power (sprint power), Anaerobic Capacity (1-minute power), Maximal Aerobic Power (5-minute power), and FTP (20-minute power). Is it good?

Wahoo Fitness L.L.C. has put efforts and engineered a sophisticated systm app. What makes it successful? It is very easy to use for such a solid health app with built-in complete features. Well, as a top-performing app with an overall rating of 4.78 I can only add what people who have tried it are saying.

If you are new to indoor cycling, and have a trainer on order, do not use this app until you receive your smart trainer. Once you install the app and register your name, Apple will immediately activate your trial membership. There’s a window in the app that asks you when you want to start your trial membership, but Apple doesn’t work that way. Once you download it and register it’s activated… whether you have your smart trainer or not. Thankfully, there are people like Ellisa at Wahoo that can help. I’ve used the application roughly 5 times since I got it and I am very impressed. Ellisa was kind enough to respond to my initial review, and and ensure that I get a full 14 day trial. I’m very impressed with the product and even more impressed with wahoo support staff. Thank you.
I love to hate the four dimensional profile test (will truly challenge you in at least one of the four areas, if not all 4) and think this is the best system for improving as a cyclist short of a professional coach and team. Do the test, do a training plan, and see if you don’t make improvements in your fitness also. New videos are great—they have some recovery rides with movies, some no video, and Norway is a cool very immersive experience. I’ve tried Zwift (fine for just going) and I’ve used Rouvy, but SUF tailors the workouts to you so well that it’s a much better workout. Try it!

In order to download IPA files follow these steps.

Step 1: Download the Apple Configurator 2 app to your Mac.

Note that you will need to have macOS 10.15.6 installed.

Step 2: Log in to Your Apple Account.

Now you have to connect Your iPhone to your Mac via USB cable and select the destination folder.

Step 3: Download the Wahoo SYSTM IPA File.

Now you can access the desired IPA file in the destination folder.
