Downloading and using ROM Coach is free. Take the Movement Age assessment, get recommended routines and browse the library of exercises and more with a free account. The ability to add exercises or routines to favorites and more than one routine to your calendar is available with a subscription.
The subscription automatically renews if you do not cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
