Foodvisor is free for everyone. To unlock exclusive access to our team of dietitians, diet plans, meal plans and recipes, subscribe to the Premium version. If you choose a Foodvisor membership in the app, you will be charged through your iTunes account.
For auto-renewing membership plans, your iTunes account will be charged at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the previously selected rate. Your payment will continue to automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to your next renewal date. Your membership can be managed or canceled in your Apple ID Account Settings. The auto-renewing membership plan is billed monthly.

Similar concept to noom in that it helps train you how to eat - but it is based on CUSTOMIZED macros and the foods are not coded as “good”’or “bad” based on calories alone. My experience with noom was that it gave me diet suggestions that didn’t work for me, and left me starving. Foodvisor provided a questionnaire that ended up with me getting customized macros (that I could further customize if I wanted), and access to a nutritionist to talk about them. The “classes” for each day haven’t taught me anything I don’t know - but they are useful reminders/help me keep mindful eating in focus
I recommend using this application to log in your daily food journal, and get feed back on some things that help to encourage yourself to think about reasons why someone may need help with making better decisions in food choices. Sometimes we get away from moderation and that affects eating habits. Having a little guidance can renew your balance and bring stability towards your weight loss goals, food challenges and or food choices. This app has helped me to think more wisely and may also help others who would like to make changes and who need a little encouragement along the way.
