その後自己解決しました。
私が説明書きをよく読んでいなかった可能性がありますが、ホーム画面を色々眺めているとCC 名刺認識アプリが２つ存在するのを発見しました。いつも落ちるCCとは別画面にあったCC名刺認識を立ち上げると問題なく動作するではありませんか。
以前のバージョンを削除して新バージョンをインストールする必要があったのですね。以降、以前と同様快適に使えています。ありがとう。
iOs11にしたら落ちて使えません。なぜ？

そういう問題ではなかったのですが、設定を見たらカムカードが２つ登録されてました。
よく見るとホーム画面にカムカードのアイコンが２つあります。片方は落ちて、片方は正常に動くので、落ちる方を削除しました。
結果問題なくつかえてます。
いいアプリで2年使ってます。重宝してます。潰れないでくださいね。星5にしておきます。

ステップ1：AppleConfigurator2アプリをMacにダウンロードします。
macOS10.15.6をインストールする必要があることに注意してください。
ステップ2：Appleアカウントにログインします。
次に、USBケーブルを介してiPhoneをMacに接続し、宛先フォルダを選択する必要があります。
ステップ3：をダウンロードします CamCard-名刺管理アプリ IPAファイル。
