After the most recent update, the app just crashes. please fix it asap.

I don’t know it’s because of the recent update, changing language in the setting doesn’t work at all. Even though I clicked Korean and restart the app thousands times, it doesn’t work. Also, second verification doesn’t work as well. I did get the email to verify the email, but when I click verify email, it says there is no such user. So i tried to get in touch to the support center, but the chat bot repeats the same answers over and over. Over all it is very disappointing app and I hope someone can help with this.
