HOW DOES IT WORK?

Founded by military doctors and backed by world-leading tinnitus specialists, the Oto program has been expertly designed to help you feel calmer, sleep better, and find control.

Oto will provide you with guidance and daily digital coaching sessions, you will learn habituation - a step-by-step process where you discover how to tune out tinnitus and develop coping mechanisms to help you manage your tinnitus and over time you’ll become less and less aware of it so eventually you can forget it’s even there.

HOW DO I START?

First, Oto will assess your tinnitus stage to then recommend a personalised 'habituation' plan for you. Habituation is when your brain no longer reacts negatively to tinnitus, so that you stop noticing it. Whatever your stage, we can help reduce the impact of your tinnitus.

DAILY GUIDANCE

You can listen to just 5-10 minute audio sessions each day which will introduce you to a range of clinically proven techniques. Over the course of the program, you’ll learn the tools and techniques that work best for you and your tinnitus. Gaining an understanding of these techniques can help to relieve your tinnitus impact.
