I love that Spectrum allows paperless billing, which helps me to cut down on the amount of mail I deal with.
As for payment (this is just my opinion), but when it comes to automatic charges? The only recommendation that I have is that I wish the app had a way to charge my account to my Apple Pay, or any other form of express payment option (outside of manual payment credential entry).
I initially had my internet installed about four months ago. I was disappointed at first that the technician that came to set up my internet didn’t set it up correctly the first time. Prompting me to set it up manually myself with a technical assistance representative over the phone. They ended up crediting my account for the mishap, so my grievances with that were indeed consoled.
Over all I’m actually happy with the service and the level of accountability, and customer service they provide.
Every time my internet goes out randomly, I go into the app and it notifies me of an outage in my area, followed by a phone call or text when the service has been restored. I’m relatively new with using this service, but so for I’m impressed.
So far I give a five star rating!
I’m not sure why but I’ve had spectrum this and internet services for quite some time, and due to that I’ve had the spectrum mobile app downloaded on my phone to easily pay my monthly bill. I do understand that there are times when the mobile app can not be accessed due to maintenance and so when that issue occurs I go to the website to pay my bill or I just wait until the app development team has finished maintenance on the mobile app. But for some 2 months now when I log in to the app it tells me my account information is not up to date and needs to be updated requesting that I sign out and sign back in in order to update it which I’ve done several times. It doesn’t tell me what my current statement is, or show me any of my past statements. I have gone to the website to look several times to see if it’s just a glitch/bug with the app and it does the same thing. I’ve also tried numerous times to “update” my information on the website and app as well but it just tells me over and over that there was an error with my request. I’ve un-installed and re-installed the application several times. But the problem still persists.
