I love this app, and the online version is even better. I love how I can listen to this while I drive, workout, or go to the store. I recently failed my NCLEX (I used HURST review before that exam...it obviously did not help), so a friend referred me to NRSNG and now I am hooked. I wish I had NRSNG academy in nursing school, the content is explained so much better than my instructors had ever taught. This app has thousands of questions on each nursing concept, disease process, labs, medications, management of care...etc. There are cheat sheets, pictures (drawings/real life pictures), and patient stories (which I think is the best, it helps you remember the impact that these disease processes have on people). Lastly, the online content has the SIMCLEX (simulation NCLEX). It is EXACTLY like the real thing. The questions are adaptive to how you answer, just like the NCLEX. Try this before you start to see where you're at and then after you complete all the lessons to see where you're at!
I tried this app my first semester and I was a little overwhelmed by all the information. Fast forward to my third semester- I tried the app again, I am extremely grateful for all the information! My RN program is textbook heavy and moving at accelerated pace. I never have enough time, so this app has been a life line. I just got an 84.5 on my first maternity exam, and I was in the top 10% percent of my class.
During the last upgrade the app got glitchy, when I reached out to customer support Kenia troubleshooted with me until we got it resolved. Our email exchange was very friendly and everything got resolved in a timely manner.
Beyond grateful to have this amazing tool available. I love that I can do a quick search of a subject, watch some videos, take notes and do a few test questions. ❤️❤️❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
